Louis, the founder of CREAM, has been focusing on things other than self-promotion.

I started CREAM as a way to help other businesses over everything else. It wasn’t to make a whole load of money, it wasn’t to become an industry leader and it wasn’t even to be able to be his own boss – although that is a welcome side effect.

What I wanted to do was let small businesses have access to the same resources that big businesses do.

When asked to sum up what CREAM does, I will often say: “CREAM can do anything a big creative agency can do, but suited to the budget of a small business”.
